I call Obama on that too.

You are farrrr to generous.

I think that if you dig deeper you will find that there were originally 5 books and one of their ghazis bought one of the 5 to start studying as he liked it. He bought the one book with peace.... by stopping raiding, looting and killing the people. .... and yes, he may have added to the theorems. Maybe,

Lets look at the practical side. At what point did Islam have a need for Algebra? What did they build that needed higher math? Its like the argument that Egypt , cuzz it is in Africa was built by Africans. HOKAY, if it was.... you would find traces and evidence of civilization in the pyramids sprinkled all over Africa. It would be just like Meso America where if you start out hiking in any given direction , you eventually will find ruins and evidence. BUT, alas, it didn’t happen.

Within Islam... show me the structures, the coliseums, the aquaducts, and the civilization that called for engineers and the math to provide the social goods. That too did not happen.

Thats why I maintain its another Obamination or Obamacraporama.
