Obama’s ball and chain slogan from here on...”EMPTY CHAIR!” LOL! LOve it! Masterful, just simply masterful! My college son who surfs the net a lot told me that the net is buzzing with the clint, empty chair statement and he says that Obozo is being ridicule over the STUPID picture he posted. I'm telling you forget the mediaWHORES, the outside folk are getting it and it's devastating to OJOKER!! Trust me if my son is telling me this it's BIG!

Demmie weren't the only ones. The local talkie here in Huntsville, Al lampooned it today calling it an embarrassment. The nice thing about actions like Eastwood's is that eventually unearth the shallow, stupid and pretenders on both sides of the aisle.

Had lunch today with a group of friends who all happen to be conservative. All of them, men and women, loved Clint's comment about firing someone who isn't doing the job.
It's so hard to criticize because we're immediately deemed racist, but Clint doesn't care. Go ahead make his day!!!!

One of the most overlooked subtleties was his parody of The Greatest Orator In All History’s egregious speech patterns.

Clint did more in 11 minutes than the Republicans have done in 4 years.
I loved it. Nice job Clint. You rocked it!

Oh, they didn't "miss" the subtlety, they just can't bring themselves to acknowledge that the entire world "got" Eastwood's message loud and clear--and they have nowhere to hide.
Agree, too, with Applegateranch about the genius of Eastwood's use of his object's own "egregious speech pattern," commonly referred to by pseudointellectual "progressives" as a sign of Obama's great intellect and deliberative style.
Another gem was his use of a former President's assessment of Romney's "stellar business performance" in this total unmasking of the great destroyer of business in America.

This was a priceless and iconic performance which will live on, long after Eastwood is gone, and Obama is a distant memory in the rearview mirror of presidents.
The so-called "progressives" and their talking heads, including Geraldo, didn't "miss" the subtlety, they just can't bring themselves to acknowledge that the entire world "got" Eastwood's message loud and clear--and they have nowhere to hide.

Images of The Empty Chair and a faded Obama poster on a bedroom wall will become prized exhibits at the Smithsonian years from now.

Eastwood may be 82 but man is he sharp. The audience was limited at the convention and I believe this was intended for a larger audience.Actor and director came together last night. Look how many have seen it,that otherwise would not have. What he had to say reached a very large audience.

He had a few good lines but overall I thought he could have done a lot better. Just my opinion. I know he is old. :)
I do like the fact that he really pissed them off.

Libs are in a tail spin. The coordinated response from their side (Facebook posts, Comedy Central etc) is to say its an imaginary Obama Republicams are running against.
Clint nailed it. He made it okay for average Americans to laugh at Obsma.

Calling it a bizarre performance, saying Clint had lost it and they shouldnt allow an 82 year old out on stage. It was almost hysterical to listen to them...strange reaction from the libs - Clint's performance was creative, imaginative, and thought-provoking - just what the artistie, supersensitive leftwing types claim to like best, at least when it involves things like putting a crucifix in a bottle of urine - and most of those criticizing him aren't as coherent at their currect relatively young age as he is at 82......
