In most cases, I would agree with you. However, Romney is tagging along with Governor Jindal as he and the experts with him decide how to respond. Jindal has been right in the thick of this storm, looking for places that the state can help. I may not like Romney's politics, but this is a case where I give him kudos. He gets to make his political appearance when it still matters. Zero shows up after the aid and work are in place.

Not true - Romney doesn’t quite have the entourage that Obama has. I’m sure his was cut to the bone to avoid making things worse.
