http://uscode.house.gov/download/pls/18C41.txt ~ says it’s a class 4 felony punishable with up to 5 years in a federal prison. These things are not jokes. BTW, be careful how you post news about such things or even almost successful assassins now running loose in this country ~ no one will read your post carefully and next thing you know the administrator is going to be up to his or her eyebrows in complaints that YOU, not somebody else, is threatening to kill someone. Here it’s Karl Rove seeming to make a threat. It’s reported in Yahoo and Washington Post, and lord only knows where else.
