(Doubtless, she DOES probably have info he really isn’t a citizen — and also doubtless he had enough dirt on her from the Chicago sewer to put Hill. and/or Bill in Jail for Whitewater, Mena, Foster, and God knows what else — so he gave her state department to shut her up.)
