The Madcow can only pray that she will pass through life untouched by age. I saw my Dad in watching Mr. Eastwood tonight... the wisdom that comes with age. A plain speaking man who really doesn’t give a good cr@p what you Madam Madcow or anyone else “thinks” or “feels” about what he has to say. And that... is a quintessential “AMERICAN”
Exactly! He is an American icon. He is Clint-freaking-Eastwood, for goodness’ sake. He needs the approval of NO ONE. He is at an age and position in his life and career that affords him complete freedom to say, do, and offend whomever/whatever he chooses. He has no worries of being blacklisted by the nitwits in Hollywood; he has no need of them, anyway.
