I wish I could dispute that, but given the dearth of conservativism in this country, I can’t.

Weird this is, I think there are a lot more conservatives among the ordinary people than anyone knows. The hardcore lefitsts will never see the light, they’ll die before they change. It’s the political elites who are not conservative, other than a small minority. And even if there are some, they have no power.

Once some REAL conservatives run for some kind of major public office, then we’ll see how many conservatives there really are.

Conservative values - and by that I mean Constitutional principles - always win elections, if they’re tried. Never give up, it ain’t over.

Tell me, Mittard, which federal agencies are authorized by the Constitution - US, not the Soviet one?

“You paultards actually believed that Paul would be able to do the things you all would say? Then you’ve been smoking too much weed. He would have to become king to enact most of the things he promised you guys. If you all are such constitutionalists you would know that the president doesn’t have such powers.”

I’m not a “paultard” nor am I a Mittard. A President has the authority to veto any bill, including budgets, with which he disagrees. He/she can veto any budget that includes funding for unconstitutional expenditures. He can also order his departments to stop enforcing regulations with which he disagrees or were not legislated by Congress. He just needs to have some guts, a rare quality among politicians, especially Republican politicians.

Is this a conservative forum, or a Republican forum?

Guess what Paultard, you pauistas tried to turn a bunch of us to vote for Paul. You failed.
Why? because you’re constant bugging and ranting didn’t sway anyone. Paul is not a conservative. You guys don’t see that. You don’t see that Paul is a truther and supports Iraq in having nukes. You don’t see that he is a surrender monkey who would let Israel be destroyed. You don’t see that he believes that America is at fault for islam hating us. You don’t see that he is a anti-jew hating old crazy idiot. You fail to understand that the majority here at FR are sick of you libtard paulistas trying to sway us to him. He WILL NEVER BE A CHOICE FOR PRESIDENT. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU PISS US OFF. So go back to the libertarians and take your fellow liberal paultards with you.

YOu’ve worn out our welcome here. And in case you are too stupid to see it, I’m not the only one who has given you this message.

By the way, I’d rather be a Milltard than a Paultard. At least Romney dosen’t believe that America is at fault for 9/11 and that we are to blame for Islam’s hate for us.

You guys act towards Paul exactly like the Obama sycophants did to Obama. Like he is the only one to save us.

Paul is a failure and the only ones who haven’t woken up to that fact is you and your fellow Paulistas.

So call me a Mitttard all you wish. At least I am taking a stance to get us away from Obama. You, on the other hand, are leading us to 4 more years of Obama. You are a libertarian nut bag who just proves to me that I have made the right decisions regarding Paul and his nutcase followers.

Crazy how the Paultards come to FR and try to sway us to vote for and support Paul all the while they ignore our points on why we won’t. They ignore his truther beliefs, his anti-Jew stance and writings, his failure to see that Islam is a threat to America, his failure to believe that letting Iran have nukes is a problem, his ideas that we can cut up the various government agencies would require powers not held by the president, the facts that his ideas of foreign relations would destroy our county and so many other of his crazy concepts that I just can’t list them all.

I’m sick of hearing them. They have tried their best but they just don’t understand that it is them who have been the biggest reason I will never support Paul. They, his supporters, have been so annoying, ignorant, pushy, and full of bull shite that I have just found their support for Paul to be as tasteless and outlandish as the sycophants who still see Obama as the second coming of Christ.

I wish that all Paultards would be gathered up by the mother ship and hauled off to where ever they came from. It sure isn’t from America. When Paul gave his support for the occupy movement he lost many conservatives. But even before doing that, many of us on FR were turned off to him by his political stances. Then we were invaded by his army of nuts. They did more damage to Paul than anyone else. They infested the threads of every story or posting that talked about the Republican party. They failed to acknowledge that Paul is not a conservative nor a Republican. And they wonder why we don’t embrace him. He is NOT one of us. They also fail to acknowledge the fact that he has such low support that he could NEVER beat Obama. They are crazy in their support for this clown. Just like those who support Gore, Frankin, and Obama. They are beyond reasoning with.

I believe its’ time that the mods here kick them off and boot anyone who pushes for Paul. They have worn out their welcome. They are not reasonable nor are they worth the time to debate. It’s like wrestling with a pig, the pig enjoys it, but you wind up dirty and wasting your time for nothing. I believe we have more important things to do than try to educate some ignorant Paultards that their boy just didn’t cut the mustard.

Go to the paultard forums sometime. Their actual goal is to defeat the GOP nominee no matter who it is (unless it was Paul of course). They actively strategize about this. It is generally the number one topic of discussion. Paultards are going to vote for Obama, Ron Johnson or write in Ron Paul. Always were, no different than last time. These idiots are going to vote (D) or (L). Yes, they detest Romney like many conservatives do, but they also HATE social conservatives even more. Paul and his paulbot followers are not Republicans and not conservatives, they are libertarians attempting to take over a major political party because they know nothing with an (L) label next to their name has a chance of being elected.

Other than maintaining a massive military, defense of the nation being one of the few thing the Federal Government should do, I'd slash pretty much everything else in government to the bone. I am defense and foreign policy hawk, but pretty much think most everything else should be returned to the states. I am pro-life and believe in traditional values, but for the most part I don't much care what people do so long as they don't bother me or make me pay their way. Personally, I'd eliminate most entitlements, but at minimum I'd let the states run the social safety net. The states having to compete with one another should limit the scope of these programs all on its own (which is precisely why the left want the Feds to do all this stuff).

That sums up my beliefs. The states were intended to be giant petri dishes where ideas would compete, and to and from which people could migrate at their whim to support or oppose them. Democrats, and some Republican have decided that our federal system is antiquated, and that states, being so anachronistic should all be governed by an umbrella federal policy. It started with the end of the civil war, and was exacerbated with the 16th and 17th amendments.

Romney, at best, will slow the decline of the republic. Just long enough to buy more black rifles, ammo, and food stuffs.

Hang out here for at least for a few years before you start telling old timers that they’ve worn out their welcome. Ask questions, and please don’t make assumptions. Good luck.

When it comes to Paultards they have worn out there welcome everyplace they pop up. Why? because everyone is sick of hearing their preaching for their messiah.

Paul and his sycophants need to go back under the rock they crawled out from. We are sick of them trying to take over the Republican party just because nobody will vote libertarian.

They are NOT conservatives and they are NOT Republicans. They ARE liberals who are left of Democrats. Can’t understand that then it’s not my problem.

Since when is a persons start date on here a determination of their freedom of speech?
There are too many dinosaurs on here who think that just because they’ve been here x number of years that they bring more value to the forum than anyone who has been here just a few months. Wrong. I read lots of old timers here who are trolls and libs who bring nothing to the forum. Just like the small number of paultards who keep spewing his lies.

Doesn’t matter how long someone has been here. They all have a right to voice their opinion whether you like it or not.
