Bermuda is not part of the United States. They are both British overseas territories. As such, donations from both are illegal. Unless you are Gore/Romney.

The boat is apparently registered in Bermuda.

It is parked in St. Petersburg, FL - which is in America.

The donors mentioned in the article are: Gary Morse, an American. Wilbur Ross, an American. Mel Sembler, an American. Charlie Moncrief, an American.

Get a grip.

Spencer Zwick, one of Romney's top fundraisers, said the event was not to raise money, but simply to thank donors.

If there was no fundraising going on, what campaign finance laws were broken?
