What a crock of crap.

Legal Texas voters, bonafide citizens of the United States, have been repeatedly disenfranchised by the Federal Courts.

Voting is a states rights issue. Only the 15th, 19th and 24th Amendments specify voting requisites. Verification or no verification of identity is not mentioned in any of these amendments.

More legislation and grasping from the bench.... the “New Normal”.

Except in a few Southern States. The have law that applies only to them, and I don't know if it has had a court test, but I know they keep the South in line with it.
