Obama is saying he was not President yet...but his speeches as a candidate is what Ryan is using.....funny how Obama hides behind the “I was not in the job yet” ...but blames Bush for everything after he is no longer in the job....so in Obamas mind..he really is not responsible for anything...because the bad stuff is all Bush´s fault...and he has not been able to do what he wants to do..so he needs four more years....lol...no responsibility whatsoever...
