INVAR:

What is worse from my point of view is that this venom was directed at you by my fellow Knight of Columbus. "PGKDAN," according to his home page, is the past Grand Knight of a K of C Council in Virginia. The Supreme Knight, Carl Anderson who used to be a Reagan White House staffer and also worked for Senator Jesse Helms, recently called for a more civil tone in politics. You can see how little that has influenced PGKDan. But then, he imagines that Romney (who has proven a mass murderer of babies with other people's money, a supporter of civilly solemnized same sex anal perversions as though they were "marriage," and a persecutor of the Catholic and other pro-life churches through his Romneycare scheme) is somehow an acceptable candidate for a Catholic or any other Christian to elect and he abuses those who seek to obey God.

In the face of such scandal, I can only say that "PGKDan" is not very reflective of the society of Catholic gentlemen known as the Knights of Columbus to which I have belonged since 1964. I apologize for such gross misbehavior on his part performed while he calls attention to his membership in the K of C. You may well disagree with the doctrines and dogma of Roman Catholicism but please understand that the slur hurled in your direction is NOT reflective of the K of C.

May God bless you and yours!

I should certainly have pinged you at #203. I apologize for not doing so in my haste and anger.
