RINO only counts for 30-35% of the members. The rest mostly claim to be conservatives. That conservatives don’t have power to influence as much as RINO shows conservatives’ weakness.

I don’t get it. The republicans have just told 90% of the people on this website to “vote for us” then go pound sand. Yet a large majority will still vote for them.

Yes, conservatives were - we won’t exist in the Republican Party national convention - we won’t be there as the candidate will choose his delegates in every state. This will happen because Romney will get that rule passed by the national committee if he is elected.
Never in my life would I have thought this could happen. Romney did a “Bain”. He took the party and dumped the employees he didn’t want (conservatives) and now he owns it. He just needs that new rule and he’ll get it.

Well, ok...I can see that the powers in the RNC wanted Romney and did what they could.
However, as a person who didn’t support Romney in the primaries, I just think he has a unique knowledge of how to do what needs doing - unleash our job creators. Without our economy being solved we’re down the tubes no matter what.
I’ve spent my entire adult life as a business owner and have respect for those who actually know what they’re talking about when it comes to running a profitable business.

Isn't that exactly what the 3rd party cretins are saying? That they want to "teach the GOP-e a lesson". There's no lesson unless Obama wins, and their 3rd party votes are responible for it. Can't have it both ways.
Objectively not true. Romney is not a state socialist like Obama. He will at least at times act conservatively, as in picking Ryan. Please learn to make distinctions.
