Watching the RNConvention it occurred to me that the ghost of Sarah Palin was very strong there. The night she stepped on the stage at the RNC 2008 and spoke the minds of conservative Americans “out loud” she changed the political conversation. She gave Conservatives across this great land permission to speak up for what we believe. Paul Ryan’s speech would have been much different tonight had it not been for Sarah Palin. Few will admit her influence, but it was there. God bless her for her sacrifices for America.
Thanks. I haven’t watched it. And I do remember her first night on stage and the excitement she caused every day following. She reawakened what has been long dead and like you say - she spoke what we had been thinking and wanting. I agree. God has blessed her and will continue to guide her. He knows the end from the beginning - so she’s on solid ground and always one stop ahead.
