I can still see in my mind, Gibson looking down through his lowered spectacles at Sarah. I seethed at this man playing the old venerable statesman of the media. I will not repeat my epithets here. I will though, slightly adjust an old adage, to whit .

They didn’t ruin her. She’s alive and well and actively campaigning for conservatives while they are still pulling out the thorn in their side.
