If heads must roll, the powers-that-be shouldn’t be concerned with who among us may not understand what they’d be about to witness.
The easy solution is term limits. They remove the burden of continuously campaigning for re election from the official freeing him to do what he was elected to do in the first place.
Of course expecting the politicians to pass a law on term limits is tantamount to circulating a petition in the hen house asking them f they want to have their heads cut off or let the fox in.
