Iran had zero centrifuges and zero highly enriched weapons grade uranium to make a nuclear bomb.

Bush knew for an absolute fact that Iran was doing all they could, to build the Bomb and they have every intention of using it to destroy Israel.

How deluded would he have to be to expect that Zero would do anything to inhibit Iran.

Your post isn’t to the point.

Iran was working on nuclear capability but didn’t have key components of the capability when Bush was in office.

He did the right thing and pressured Iran politically and economically. The Bush Doctrine didn’t say to use preemption on a future capability lol.
