Yes, I do fear the shut down of communications. The Tea Party grew out of the “new” types of communication. That is why I have always advocated for Freepers to form “pods” of trusted people in order to continue the fight. There would be cross communication between pods via ham radio or even letters. We have to start thinking like the “resistance” in Europe during WWII. The new links are vulnerable. Buy bicycles & motorcycles (mountain bikes). Cars will be monitored. Am I paranoid? Nan, I absolutely do not believe you are wrong. Maybe, at one time it was unthinkable to have our communication cut off, but not after what we’ve witnessed the past four years. I don’t know if we have anything resembling a pod out here, but JR’s only 45 minutes away and I’m betting he would somehow manage to connect to the resistance. I pray we never come to that.
