Let me feel sorry for those heroic AID-ridden brave souls who did not deserve this at all.
Back in high school, the uncle of one of my girlfriends passed away from HIV that he’d contracted from a blood transfusion. He had the transfusion in the early 1980’s, before they knew to test for AIDS, and held on for almost ten years before passing away.

I knew a lovely and beautiful woman whose husband’s little locker room and bath house side interests brought it home to her. She was utterly unaware that he was unfaithful, far less that she was his beard. She died before he did. I’ve often wished I could raise him from the dead, just to kill him again. I know that is wrong, but the thought is still there.
I always chuckle when the supposed pro-science Left tells us that “everyone is at equal risk to get HIV.”
No one ever calls them on their BS because the truth is no longer allowed to be stated in this country when it comes to homosexuals.
