Well, surely, this means these Muslims will be working on Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, the 4th of July and Christmas.
Some companies give you an option when it comes to holidays. Lets face it, some countries don’t celebrate our holidays and if they do it may be on a different day. It’s the same as if we worked overseas.
I worked for a Canadian company and they celebrate Boxing Day (day after Christmas) and it was a paid holiday. We did not complain because we got two days off for Christmas instead of one.
