Hmmm.....I already see a problem with this “Birth Certificate”.

The dates provided. Only in the US and a few select places do they order the date mm/dd/yyyy. Most of the world orders the date dd/mm/yyyy.

It would seem strange that a Kenyan document would do this, and yet this date order appears 3 times, once typed and twice in handwriting.
