The Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 gave them that right.
Many states, including, Utah & New Mexico overtly did not allow Indians to vote until 1956 & 1962.
Obama is not going to lose the NA vote, and certainly not because of this article.

Fortunately, most Indian Nations are in strong, GOP, Red States (AZ, TX, LA, AL and OK) so they’re large percentage of votes for Obama and the Dems are almost null and void.
That's technically true of virtually any people, anywhere. If one goes back far enough they all came from somewhere else. In the case of American Indians, aren't they thought (by anthropologists) to have migrated over land bridges from what is Now Siberia?

I believe this ‘indigenous Muslim’ bit was started by Obama when he said, as always an apologist, something about Muslems were in on forming the USA. I do not rely on Muslim claims to any part of USA history except for the US Marine action years ago against the Barbary pirates. I take Obama on his word even less so.In my lifetime I’ve come to know about traitors of the USA from Arnold and his group to the Rosenbergs with certain international groups mixed in. I believe that someday the USA will discover that the Muslim influx in the USA is just another attempt to destroy the USA by having it under Sharia’s Mohammod ginned up approach to God.

islam is a death cult seeking the destruction of freedom and liberty. That is unacceptable to Americans
So they want to try and separate muslim Americans from the Muslims of the Middle East so there are acceptable to us in Government here
