Flower pots were downrange. No bystander was struck by a direct shot from the officers. The problem was ammo that bounced off of them. Ceramic items can do that.

You referring to the many projectiles that missed the target at 8 feet away???

I believe the reports are that at least a few of the casualties were direct hits...

And besides, they shouldn’t have hit any flower pots, the dim wits should only hit the target. They were numbskulls
