Reid called McCarran "one of the most prejudiced people ever to serve in the Senate" and said his name shouldn't be on anything.
Reid is the one who shouldn't have his name on anything.

Now it starts in Vegas!
When I grew up in Atlanta, many streets were named for Confederate Leaders and Generals and other Civic Leaders.
Now those names have been changed to Black Icons.
Reid will probably pull off this name change.

Probably .0001% of anybody knows who in hell McCarran was in the first place so who cares? Las Vegas is nothing more than a sheethole with rhinestones and glitter anyway.
I wouldn’t put Harry Reid’s name on an outhouse.
