Well, you’ll note from the site handle that I didn’t come into this as a republican. I’m currently without party affiliation. And the chances of my joining the gop remain nil.

What really irked me about this Akin business, is Romney calling for him to step down! Romney? Here’s what I think about that... since you can’t pull ahead of obama in the polls and it looks like you are following the way of Dole, and may very well lose to the worst president we have ever had including Carter..I think you should step down Romney!! We need a nominee that can win. Can you imagine obama asking Newt Gingrich for his tax returns? Newt would chew him up and spit him out. It really is ridiculous that we are about to get stuck with this loser when any of the other GOP primary contenders (well most of them) could beat obama hands down.
