“supplement that improves circulation”
No, sorry, I kind of tune out the nutritional stuff a lot of times
Savage led a huge demonstration against Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Henderson in S.F. Prop 209? I think.
Here's another possibility.
I'll have to type this in invisible pixels.. many object to OT stuff. I personally have not had circulation or any kind of problems that I am aware of -- I have been to a doctor twice(?) since the 1950s. "They" cannot take that away from me unless the Creator rewinds me back to then.. the point is this not from a medical expert
.. anyway I was bothered by swollen feet and ankles for several years. I avoided salt, etc. etc. during those years. No result. I had to struggle with a shoehorn to get my oldest shoes on.
A friend of mine became a distributor of Nu Skin's Pharmanex products. I bought their Detox. After a month the swelling is all gone and remains gone today months later. I purchased the Detox because its main ingredient was Milk Thistle -- something that Dr. Savage himself recommended back in the 1990s. You might check out Nu Skin's Pharmanex
He's talking about it now.. he will not name it. He says vitamins.. E?
He talked about fish oil in the past and was highly pleased with the result and strongly recommended it.
He's just mentioned some of the B vitamins.. he often praises them (6 and 12).
Whatever it was he said that he would like to market it himself but it sounded like he purchased it to try.
I personally am fascinated by all this.. we are trillions of chemical reactions going every second 24/7.
How about this country song..
I Carry A Gun Because A Cop Is Too Heavy.

Hoyt Axton. “Bible and a Gun”
Good stuff. You should carry both!
21 foot tug . I wouldn’t mind buying it. Just have to have enuff money to pour into the hole in the water.
Sometimes I’ve turned on the radio during the weekend, only to hear all these infomercials for vitamins, fish oil, etc. from Purity Products. Maybe they have something to improve circulation (towards their pockets!)
Odds in your favor that you won’t be needing any BQ sauce to help you flavor your hat.
“sawdust bread”
The siege of Leningrad, the end of the 3rd Reich, are times when sawdust was used as filler to the point where there was no nutrition left in the ‘bread’.
Most corrupt administration? Probably the Grant administration, but too far in the past for people now a days.
Pyridoxine he said. B-6 Nerves and red blood cells.

Thanks.
I do take a Vitamin B-6/12 supplement - it also works as an internal insect repellant for me.
We have lots of mosquitos, black flies, and other biting pests up here in Maine that will eat you alive, especially in the Spring / Summer evenings outdoors.
I’ve found that popping a B vitamin a couple of hours before going outdoors to work, recreate or socialize will keep the bugs off better than any topical repellant, even the DEET stuff which may not be all that good for us.
The Vitamin B has a distinctive odor which comes out in both the urine and the sweat; In stead of sweating your repellant off, you sweat it ON.
If you take enough B to make your urine orange and smell funny, then the bugs ought to be leaving you alone.
It seems to prevent attack from ticks as well, and up here they carry Lyme’s Disease which can be quite debilitating.
I have only had one tick on me all summer, and he was crawling around and hadn’t bitten in before I picked him off.
We have fish oil capsules but I haven’t been taking them lately - guess I’ll get back in the habit.
