It’s interesting to see that you registered here on “tax day” this year — April 15, 2012. Easy to remember and not as bad as an April Fools Day registration.
I actually was working for EFTPS at the time, the payment system for the IRS. EFTPS is privately run, though, and is not technically the government, just a contractee. I got laid off after the tax rush, with all the people paying on time and all the people paying late. They often made jokes about helping Obama pay the deficit. The ones who owned businesses were primarily conservatives.
