LOL! I think Cain was the one who asked God if he was his brother's keeper. The part liberals gloss over is that God never answered him.

Besides, the question shouldn't be are we our brother's keepers, but should we be forced to be.

“Am I my brothers keeper?” was a rhetorical question by Cain. Cain killed his brother. Cain then claimed he did not know where his brother was located and in other words said it was his day to watch him.
