A disgruntled worker stalked a colleague down a Midtown street, shot him dead and then turned his weapon on random pedestrians outside the Empire State Building — killing at least one innocent bystander and shooting up to seven others before he was cut down by a cop on foot patrol, sources told The Post.

The gunman followed his victim down 33rd Street before opening fire outside Legend’s Bar. the sources said.
With his target dead, he then headed over to the Empire State Building and did the unthinkable — unleashing a fusillade of shots in the heart of the morning rush on a street loaded with pedestrrans.

Construction worker Chris Ogden was working on a scaffold above the building’s 33rd St. entrance when he watched in disbelief as the gunman — in a suit and carrying a briefcase — opened fire.
“He shot the guy in the head,” said Ogden, 23. “The guy went down. He took a second shot when he was down.”
The well-dressed shooter then “walked down the block, like nothing was happening, real casual,” Ogden said. “We were screaming from the top, ‘It’s the guy in the grey suit!’”

The guy is a union construction worker in NYC. Does that ring of TEA to you? Besides, if he had Built It, that would have been in the headline.
UNPOSSIBLE! NYC is a police state, and it is illegal to carry a gun unless you have one of them fancy permits, which are harder to find than a virtuous woman on 5th Avenue!

Per a policeman speaking to FOX news; the shooting happened in an office building 10 W 33rd street, but not the Empire building. He shot his manager. The shooter designed ladies handbags. The shooting on the streets was a gun battle between the man who was trying to escape cops who were following him.
How did he get a gun in NYC?
This was a one-on-one assassination. This was not a crime of momentary passion, it was premeditated and carried out in almost cold blood. The flight and spray of gunshot against other unarmed pedestrians was probably because of realization that things had gone wrong, in an effort to commit suicide by cop, a not uncommon way to avoid arrest and indictment.
