If the Repubs dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s, and Carnahan makes an obvious political decision, Repubs take it to court, and should be able to get a quick decision. I think the threat of that would keep Carnahan in line.

No attorney here. I did not read that in the MO Revised Statutes. Not saying it isn't there. Surely there exists a mechanism to compel SOS Carnahan to approve the court's decision. But I have not found it...

If anyone can, please post...
