Soros didn’t inspire me. It is not fair because Akin is a good man. Or was until people learned what an arrogant and selfish *ss he is. If he is not gone, he will be the focus of unfair but effective RAT commercials until Nov. 6 all across the country. The damage will be considerable.

SOLUTION: Akin make a deal with the Republican Central Committee in Missouri to withdraw if he can name an equally fervent pro-life conservative candidate. For those who see pro-life as the most important thing in their life, this is a winner. A strong pro-lifer who will actually win the seat and do some good in the Senate. You don’t do anything in the Senate if you never get there.

It's not just about pro-life. Akin's got a far more fiscally conservative voting record than Paul Ryan, for example. Akin is one of the top Tea Party conservatives in Congress judging by his voting record, and he was this way even before the Tea Party existed when he opposed No Child Left Behind. Do we judge a man by his whole career or one sentence?
