Honestly, I’m not the suing type, but I would be on a war path after this one. Jesus, this country is so past screwed. Stuff like this gets me pretty riled up.
This could prevent him from ever getting a weapons permit in some states. They might as well go ahead and strip him of his right to vote. People should have their a$$es handed to them. No punishment is too severe.
Worst of all, the government just reinforced everything he apparently fears from them.
Funny, a few weeks back, people here were excoriating the legal system for the inability to involuntary commit people to mental institutions, and were angry that potentially dangerous mentally ill people had been walking around, when they should have at the very least been brought in for observation and evaluation.
