This guy is a little "off" (thinks 9/11 was an inside job), but I think that being locked up for a FB post is really scary.
Pretty damn scary as they didn’t have any real evidence or reason to hold him, if he can be detained, pretty much anyone on this site or any site that has an unpopular political opinion can be detained as well.

Well... If he didn’t have enough reason to hate our current government, please distinguish this from the government outlined in the Constitution, he certainly does now...

Democratic White House advisers, appointees and ‘Czars’ have been “a little Off” for the past two Democratic administrations without repercussions (for them or their President).
What they have done to the Country should have resulted in criminal charges, though.
Remember that movie with Jessica Lange (I think) and Tommy Lee Jones? He played a soldier who refused to follow the “party line” and was put in a mental institution. His party wife (Lange) finally sobered up and got him out. I think the name was Blue Skies or something like that.

I guess all the hysteria was for naught. Due process was observed and the court respected his rights.
And no invocation of the dreaded NDAA monster.
