The Donald is gearing up for Tampa.
When the Republican National Convention kicks off next Monday, Donald Trump will have a surprise role on its first day, people familiar with the matter said Sunday evening.
Convention organizers wont say what hell be doing in Tampa or whether hell address the delegates there. But they promise the controversial billionaire and prominent anti-President Barack Obama provocateur will be part of their opening day schedule...

Can we put him on Biden Watch?
I saw that tweet yesterday.
I hope he doesn’t build up the base and turn about and let us down.
It would be beyond the realm of possibility for me to be even remotely surprised about anything in obastard’s background or his present. It is impossible for me to loathe him any more than I do now.
I can only be surprised by any negative developments in in future... and pleased.
Trump’s a dick. You can bet this is all about him.
Imagine, it could the ultimate attention-grabbing triumph for Trump. He could be speaking at the Republican Convention, and get up there and give a speech endorsing Obama. What would they do, cut his mic? It would be unprecedented and create unimaginable buzz. And the media would praise him to the highest degree.
I suppose Romney’s handlers want to keep him above the fray, but I sometimes wish he had more of the bold bravado of Trump in criticizing Obama.
It already is a disaster. How about a photoshop of how he really looks with a "test pilot" hair cut.
No Sarah but we get Trump the Chump?
WTF!
LOL!
I’m really not sure what your Isaac disaster is in that picture. The thing that makes the most sense, though, studying that picture, is the 4 numbered arrows show the likely paths of Hurricane Isaac.
Do I have it almost about right?
Since Romney uses other people as attack dogs (as do most politcians)this might/might not be a bad thing.
If your scenario developes (Trump endorses O) they wouldn’t need to cut his mike. All the audience would have to do is boo..or worse yet...laugh at him.
He’d melt as if Dorothy threw a bucket of water on him. As outspoken and non-p.c. as he is, he really doesn’t hold up well to criticism or ridicule.
maybe he’ll fire Akin
I think it very well could be. I remember listening to audio where a Brietbart investigative reporter was in Indonesia and said he found evidence. He should be back by now. Maybe we’ll see some proof!
For someone who loves publicity, it would actually be a brilliant maneuver. More free publicity than you can imagine.
