While many scientists have some dire warnings against us trying to geoengineer our way out of the climate crisis, others dont necessarily see it that way and are working on new methods to solve the problem.
Researchers at the University of Washingtons College of the Environment Institute are studying the idea of cloud brightening, utilizing ships to shoot salt water high into the atmosphere over the oceans in order to create long-lasting cloud cover. The additional clouds reflect more sunlight back into space, resulting in a cooling effect on the planet. In order to encourage discussion amongst other climate scientists, UW atmospheric physicist Rob Wood detailed how a small-scale experiment to test the idea would work in a paper published in the journal Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society.
What were trying to do is make the case that this is a beneficial experiment to do, Wood said, adding that because geoengineering is controversial he would rather that responsible scientists test the idea than groups that might have a vested interest in proving its success.

Unlike this POS for pResident, I for one will NEVER bow before any man.
And I'm pretty sure he isn't a leader. No, I AM ABSOLUTELY SURE HE ISN'T A LEADER.
“........are working on new methods to solve the problem.”
Oh but were there a problem of such to be solved.
David, David, David. You are asking the right question about your goal: “ - - - solve the problem - - - “
But you may need to look at HISTORY.
Suggestion:
Rule Number One in the History of Science: NATURE ALWAYS WINS.
Rule Number Two in the History of Science: Rarely are any stated Scientific goals ever achieved.
Discussion: David, keep your day job.
Well, I guess the Chemtrails “geo-engineering” didn’t produce the desired effects. LOL!
I recall getting “Conspiracy Theorist” sh*t here over such things in the past, just like the recently revealed “silent black helicopters” used to get Osama. Proud Birther and 911 Truther as well! Flame away!
Hell...
Where do I submit a bid ?
the energy to pump that much seawater high enough to create clouds come from coal burning generators i would asume, as they are blocking the sun, so solar cells would be usless
LOL
