I want to see if the same people that made fun of Dan Quail for spelling a certain vegetable as “potatoe” will jump all over this. Or the 57 states thing. Or for the umbrella thing.
I am not going to hold my breath waiting for that to happen, though.
Arabic and a few other languages are RTL. Just sayin’

I think you guys have missed just how badly misspelled this is, as the guy on the far right is doing an I instead of an O, so it spells:
O-I-H-I
