It's the "no abortion in case of rape or incest" part of the plank that is the real issue.

Is this the first time it's been included or has the "no exception" rule always been there?

and realize ‘no exception’ includes the life of the mother is at risk ( think tubal pregnancy). Some folks as soooo singularly devoted to one idea they cannot see clearly.
