You may have a point there...isn't Drudge's report a blog? What the heck IS a blog, anyway? I never thought to ask that before. The MSM dismisses a site as a "blog" if the author is not an employee of a "recognized" news organization. There are blogs that mostly just reflect the opinions of their authors, and have readership of single-digits to a few hundred. Then there are blogs which produce original content, or which aggregate news from multiple sources, and which in my opinion have better claim to being "news" sites than most MSM sites.
