WASHINGTON (AP) -- A group of retired special operations and CIA officers who claim President Barack Obama revealed secret missions and turned the killing of Osama bin Laden into a campaign centerpiece are coming under criticism from some of their own.
Some special operations officers say the activist veterans are breaking a sacred military creed: respect for the commander in chief.

Respect has to be EARNED.
Obama behaves as any arrogant Commie Dictator does.
Why should any American respect Obama?
Where these “some” boys get it wrong is that the retired operators are not “dissin’” the presidency and/or the CinC. They are “dissing” BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA.
“Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., compared the group’s campaign to the “Swift Boat” attacks that questioned his service during the Vietnam War. Though later discredited, the claims were partially blamed for unseating his 2004 presidential campaign.
“I honor and appreciate the service of my fellow veterans, but a false attack is a false attack - no matter who’s making it,” Kerry said in a statement Monday.”
“Though later discredited . . .” Man, I just love seeing those words. But no one ever says how, when, or by whom. They WISH the claims were discredited. I hope OPSEC keeps heart. They need to remember that even Sen. McCain, who should have known better what Kerry “testified to” in 1971, called the Swiftees “dishonest and dishonorable.” And he’s been reminded often of his folly by the grand majority of POWs who served with him, the same POWs who were nearly sold out by Kerry and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that gave him a platform.
I was especially struck by Eric Bolling’s anti-Swiftee comment this afternoon, but buoyed by Dana Perino who, unaccountably, defended them. Pleasant surprise indeed.
No, no, no, no, you “special operators” - YOU guys zip it!
Take that even further. You respect the office, you don’t have to respect the man in office — your OATH is to the Constitution, not to the Commander in Chief.
He is NOT their commander-in-chief if they are no longer in active service.
They swore an oath to defend this nation under our Constitution. THAT is what they are doing.
Well now . . . whose fault is that?
WHAT BULLSHIT! Sacred oath my arse.I hope they keep pouring it on.I dont think they are the people you want to “mess” with.Somehow the local kudzu commando just aint gonna measure up.

Earlier, Miss Logan, who is resting at her $600,000 suburban home with husband Joe Burkett with her young son and step-daughter, was said to be ‘OK’.
Two security guards, paid for by the TV network, were on duty outside.
A spokesman who came out of the house said neither Miss Logan or her husband had any plans to leave and would not be making any comment.
Neighbours also refused to comment but a group of female cleaners who emerged from the property told MailOnline, ‘she’s OK, she’s OK’, before driving off.
British newspaper The Guardian yesterday said some activists in Egypt had suggested the assault on Miss Logan had been the work of pro-Mubarak gangs, ‘whose use of sexual harassment as an intimidation tactic was extensively documented, as was their targeting of foreign reporters’.

Flashback .....
Bill Burkett was the CBS source in the Killian documents affair of 2004. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Texas Army National Guard.
He claimed that in 1997, while outside the governor’s office in Austin, he allegedly overheard a conversation about “wanting to bury George W. Bush’s Vietnam service record.” This has been disputed.
Admiral William McRaven: President Obamas Fantastic
Team Obama planned to blame Navy Admiral William McRaven if bin Laden raid failed
He attended the 2012 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner as the guest of his fifth grade classmate, Karen Tumulty
In the 2008 Presidential campaign, Tumulty accused the campaign of Senator John McCain of “playing the race card” for a television ad criticizing the connections between Senator Barack Obama and Franklin Raines, the former CEO of Fannie Mae. Tumulty claimed that the ad displayed “sinister images of two black men, followed by one of a vulnerable-looking elderly white woman.” The McCain campaign pointed out that they had also produced an ad criticizing the connections of Barack Obama to Jim Johnson, another former Fannie Mae CEO who is white. According to the McCain campaign, Tumulty did not correct her post, but responded with “I grew up in Texas. I know what this stuff looks like.” The McCain campaign has accused Tumulty of “hysterical liberal bias.”
Tumulty’s coverage of health care reform issues has been informed by her personal experience with her brother Patrick’s health problems.
Flak is picking up. Must be getting close to the target.
Wasn't Hitler the Commander in Chief of the Nazi Military?
How did that turn out for the "respecters of the Commander in chief" at the Nuremberg Trials?
if you don’t say nothing you can’t be court-martialed
There is no such "sacred military creed" for veterans. Two things are supposed to be sacred in this area.
1. The President's Oath of Office: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
2. This military officer's Oath of Office: I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.
So long as the usurper in our White House fails to uphold his oath, patriotic ex-military members are bound by ours.
