Wisconsin reformers will Continue to fight to move toward constitutional carry. Many instructors who charge for classes object to Wisconsin Carry providing the training for free, as a public service.

no problem, split students into groups of 50 or less, each one being a class and voila, done...

Meanwhile, in Arizona, there are no open carry or concealed carry classes, except for LEOs and anyone who on their own wants to lay down some bread to get serious training from an expert. Pretty much the same as if you want to learn concert bassoon.

So, does this mean that Wisconsinites are somehow inferior to Arizonans? Perhaps all that cheese somehow interferes with their hand/eye coordination.
