They need to freeze him out at this point. He’s being a selfish jerk. He has NO funding other than the left-wing groups who are thrilled to see him stay in, the NRSC has pulled all funding, as have American Crossroad’s and other PAC’s, he’s not going anywhere. This is absolute foolishness on his part, he’ll cost the GOP the Senate and hurt them in several other races because of his idiocy...just to prove a point.
And, if correct, there is even a post that leftist groups are contributing to his campaign. That is entirely plausible since McCaskill has been defending him and ran ads which advanced Akin's primary. I wonder if there is any way for the state GOP to get another endorsed candidate on the ballot as a write in or an independent at this stage?
