Its the “War on Woman” narrative brought back for an encore. It's been made easier for them to do so by some fool who said womens' reproductive systems have a smart feature that prevents pregnancy in the case of forcible rape. Losses need to be cut here, which is in dispute because apparently a lot of people agree with him.
