Ushering Akin from the race is complicated by the fact that he has never been a candidate beholden to the party establishment. Since being elected to Congress in 2000, Akin has relied on a grassroots network of supporters. His Senate campaign is being run by his son.I heard yesterday that Sen. Cornyn, Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, told Akin he would receive "no money" from the NRSC. Cornyn advised Akin he should step down as of 5pm tonight.
Will be interesting to see what Akin does...

The reason Rush says that both President and First Lady Obamas dislike Mitt Romney is that they are JEALOUS of him not only because he is CLEAN CUT and he turned many failing businesses and events around, including one Salt Lake City winter olympics/IOC movement.
