The way you phrased it, taken literally, the woman would build a natural immunity to rape (itself), which is much more nonsensical than anything Todd Akin was attempting to convey.
Rape itself is a violent, criminal act that is a different thing altogether from whether or not a child is conceived as a result of that act of violence, and to characterize Akin as stating that the woman would build an immunity to that act of violence itself is an absurd and irresponsible mischaracterization of what he said.
