Yeah, you're probably right at this point. If it's a 'Rat burn job, the place for that will be an FBI investigation and cirminalization of all the participants, starting with McCaskill on a cui bono basis. If it's all a big mistake and a guy tried to punch above his weight class, fine, no fault no foul, it wouldn't be the first time in American politics (think, Mike Dukakis). But if he's trying to embarrass socon's and throw the election -- yeah, that should be heavy prison time. "It's not NICE to fool Mother Nature" -- or the voters.

Funny someone should mention that scenario before I thought of it .... but then, Runaway Jury (John Cusack, Dustin Hoffman, Gene Hackman, Rachel Weisz) has a very similar premise of "fooling the system" and introducing a ringer to a jury for the purpose of perverting an outcome in a "just cause", and it's been showing on ION Channel recently.

Akins torpedoed his own campaign with his mouth and it was recorded. There is no plausible deniability route there to use.

I have spoken with Juanita Broaddrick, emailed her often, and wrote a great deal about her. Also spoke several times with Dave Schippers (who was on my show 3 times and graciously appeared in HILLARY! UNCENSORED). Dave sent a female officer with a great deal of experience in rape cases to interview Juanita. When she came back, she was frightened. That is because she believe the president was a rapist.

I believe that a fair-minded characterization of what he was attempting to say is that the trauma of rape "would build a natural immunity" to "conception" or "pregnancy", resulting from the rape.

The way you phrased it, taken literally, the woman would build a natural immunity to rape (itself), which is much more nonsensical than anything Todd Akin was attempting to convey.

Rape itself is a violent, criminal act that is a different thing altogether from whether or not a child is conceived as a result of that act of violence, and to characterize Akin as stating that the woman would build an immunity to that act of violence itself is an absurd and irresponsible mischaracterization of what he said.

You do know that Lott stayed in DC as a lobbyist right? Do you remember the statement he made after the 2010 landslide House victory? "We must work to marginalize these tea party people."(Paraphrase)
