Absolute nonsense. Anyone who listens to the clip can clearly see he specifically said the baby should not be punished for the rape, the rapist should be punished. His conclusion was as clear as day. The only confusing part of the statement was what he meant by "legitimate rape." But the idea that he meant something creepy or nefarious by that confusing term is an idea only a leftist could imagine given the clearly Christian context of his statement.
