Akin didn't bring it up. He answered a direct question. Now, you may have preferred him to answer a different way, but he did not do or say anything that is cause for him to be kicked to the curb by conservatives. Akin is more conservative than Brunner or Steelman. Frankly, if so-called conservatives would stop jumping on the bandwagon out of sour grapes (because Steelman didn't win after Palin endorsed her) or out of panic, this would die a quick death.

Who is feeding you your talking points. Right offffff the bat to a question Akin did in fact use the phrase 'legitimate rape'.

I did NOT have a single candidate that I would only and alone support no matter what on primary day.... and if this foot in his mouth cannot see the cloud formation he has seeded and stays in the campaign I will vote for him.

You seem to be the one fixated on Sarah Palin, this is the first time I have typed her name regarding this uneducated candidate for Missouri Senate.

Sure - as opposed to a false claim of rape.

This may be the first time YOU typed her name, but it's certainly not the first time her name (and picture) have been used in threads on this issue. If you haven't been on those other threads, then you wouldn't know that.
