What if he said the earth is shaped like a solid pyramid and the sun orbits the earth, would people still be defending him? Well his statement about a woman’s body being able to prevent pregnancy while being legitimately raped is even dumber.

Where is the proof that a woman is not less likely to get pregnant from a forcible rape? The liberals haven’t offered any. He was simply repeating what is written on several Christian web sites about rape and pregnancy that you can easily check.
