Those who would go in are working and the rest make me prefer to go alone. That way I can go at my own speed. Besides, my swearing at traffic scares passengers. Hubby can’t go. He’s brilliant guy who can’t drive or find his way out of our village. 8-+)

I hear you. :) I talk when I'm driving. I call all of the other drivers "buddy", male and female. It drives my husband crazy on the rare occasions when he's the passenger. Me: "Buddy, what are you doing? Slow down, buddy. Slow down."

Him: "That's a woman. You can't call a woman 'buddy'".

Me: "Why not? Are you saying that a woman can't be a friend?"

Ad infinitum.

Mine’s an old Tom Tom that cost $79 in the last century and has served well. The three major brands are Garmin, Magellan, and TomTom, I think. Seems like Garmin comes up most.

LOL!

Bingo! You really did get me to LOL; reminded me of Erma Bombeck.

When you've been married a long time you get to know each other very well and it's a good thing.
