Yes, he does have a point. He made a damaging statement in two parts: talking about "legitimate rape" which would infuriate the MSM and the left in general, and talking about the idiotic notion that the body is less susceptible to pregnancy after a rape.

Have you never known anyone who was trying to get pregnant where the doctor could find nothing wrong and simply advised her to relax and not be so stressed, and the pregnancy would happen? Do you believe all the doctors who offer such advice are guilty of malpractice?
