FR has never been a part of the GOPe, and still isn’t.

Jim, by his own account, made a prayerful decision regarding the absolute neccessity of defeating and ousting a Kenyan Marxist who has bamboozeled his way into the White House and whio, by design and with a will, is detroying this Republic.

We need the Republic to complete our job of restoration and outing the RINOs and liberal/progressives who beset her. We do not have the best tools for that...sadly...but we do have some tools and we are going to use them to establish a footing from which we cancontinue the fight.

As so many here have told the rest of us who had personally decided upion this past before today and through the flame, bait, and ban wars that have been going on here, if you have a real problem with that, take it up with Jim.

This is his site, and this was his decision.

It will not help to try and castigate one another.

My suggestion (which is sincere and feely given...and which I followed before today) is to continue on fighting the fight in the best way you can and impacting the areas where you can make a difference...which is what the rest of us have been trying to do these last several months.

But for Pete’s sake, let’s stop tearing each other apart as we stand before enemies that want everything that we all cherish destroyed. That’s a sure fire way to lose ot all, coming apart at the seams with major in-fighting while the real enemy savages our ranks and out flamks us.

Excellent points Jeff. I find it especially disgusting and reprehensible the way some so-called 'FReepers' are all too eager to go back into previous threads of FR, copy and paste JimRob's previous statements regarding Romney and then try to 'shame' him in his own damn house. In my view they have demoted themselves to something just below 'troll' level. Hell, they give trolls a bad name.

Others view Jim's decision as the opening gun for 'field day on Mormons' with their endless and continuous spam-posts with the drama ramped up 110 percent, we all know who we're talking about, I'm not even going to dignify that hate mongering little slime ball with a direct reference. For the record, I'm not a Mormon, I do not believe in the tenets of Mormonism, but as I have said in the past, if the choice is between that filthy little crypto-Communist muslim in the White House, and a clean living, non-dope-smoking, non-drinking, charitable Mormon who doesn't beat his wife, I'm voting for that Mormon guy, and I don't care if that's called pragmatism, opportunism, or any other kind of 'ism', the truth remains (thanks to the FReeper I now call the 'Unknown FReeper') that survival trumps ideology.

All of this pontificating on the danger that Romney represents, the evils of Mormonism, and how we must not soil ourselves by even thinking about voting for Romney & Ryan, none of it will mean a damn thing when we're looking out from the FEMA railroad cars as we're rolling down the rails to our new internment camp 'homes' in a second 0bama-for-life term. Some will say that won't happen, can't happen, but unless someone is able to give an iron clad guarantee that it WON'T happen, a guarantee that actually means something, I'm not prepared to run that risk for myself, my loved ones, my friends. I will pull the lever for Romney & Ryan.

Hope all is well with you Jeff, I have continued to pray for you and ask God's blessings upon you and yours.

FR has never been a part of the GOPe, and still isn’t.
***It is now. Look at post #300, as yourself why Jim hasn’t responded to it.

To: Jim Robinson from Kazan
We’ll deal with Romney and the RINOS later.
How are we going to do that when the establishment knows, ultimately, even you will vote for whoever they put up?

Jim, by his own account, made a prayerful decision
***He made a sleepless decision. Sleeplessness is not prayer. God doesn’t want us to give up our deeply held principles.

coming apart at the seams with major in-fighting while the real enemy savages our ranks and out flamks us.
***The real enemy is within the gates. It is CINOs. It is the folks you have thrown in with. Those are the folks who have been conducting the in-fighting, “causing FR to come apart at the seams”. I would rather fight someone in front of me than worry about getting stabbed in the back from behind in betrayal. Jim could have implemented our straightforward suggestion for taking care of the in-fighting. It was pretty simple. But instead, he sacrifices his principles upon the altar of republicanism.

I lived in Santa Barbara a few years back. Our conservative congressman did a pretty good job. Along came this republican dude with lots of money, named Huffington. He spent more on this congressional primary race than any other in history. He unseated the congressman. When the time came to vote, I could not pull the lever for this POS and wrote in the former congressman. Straight Republican ticket. Years later, Huffington admitted to being gay, his wife divorced him and started Huffington Post, and do-nothing congressman Huffington basically did more damage to conservatism than any democrat ever could. The seat has been firmly in the hands of a librul ever since. Writing in the conservative republican over that POS was the honorable thing to do.

No matter who wins this next election, conservatism loses. And conservatism took another hit yesterday when one of its primary spokespersons said he would pull the lever for a lying, babykilling, gun-grabbing, rumploving statist. And JimRob is in California, where his vote can count as symbolic.

continue on fighting the fight in the best way you can and impacting the areas where you can make a difference...which is what the rest of us have been trying to do these last several months.
***Horse manure. The principled conservatives on this site have been surrounded by CINOs pushing this POS candidate. Every time I told them that they were sowing discord among conservatives and that they should be out converting 0bots into mittbots because everyone agreed that was the best thing to do... they always came back and continued to stir up the pot here on FR. What they were doing was not conservative and they know it. Now we got you guys saying that you want us to go out and make our impact somewhere else. You pushed the owner of this site so far that he yielded. Well, whooptedoo for you. I hope you’re proud of the fact that you got JimRob to yield his conservative principles. With so many CINOs doing the happy dance on this thread, it is obvious that they ARE proud of it. Excuse me while I go out and vomit.
